Brenda B. Jones

Brenda uses her unique talents to see “the whole” in terms of the big picture and —simultaneously— to use careful, exacting precision to pinpoint specific needs. This gift is most evident as she intuits and investigates developmental opportunities for a client or a participant who often marvel at her ability to truly see them.

This intense and focused attention to the other, in Gestalt terms, to be in “contact”, is at the root of major transformational processes. She helps organizations navigate complex change and is able to hold clear boundaries in both a macro and a micro sense.

As a leader, Brenda draws on her dedication to learning and scholarship and sense of personal adventure to design meaningful interventions. With gentleness and full presence as benchmarks, she honors authenticity and supports others as they reach for their highest goals.

Anthony Kortens

It’s no surprise that Tony began his career as an Outward Bound Instructor, because work that leads us “outward” is really about going inward. The role naturally fueled his interest into Human and Systems Development and led him to his work with Strata6.

As an explorer, he loves learning about different cultures and embracing complex systems and scenarios. His naturally extroverted, energetic demeanor drives him “all in” on the work, and having trained with many of the best teachers of organization and adult development theories, Tony is a respected force in the industry.

His open, classic, contemporary approach makes space to integrate new research and mindsets, always with an eye toward integrating cultural and social impact to transform an organization and the people in it. Tony brings confidence and coherence to making meaning and action for change.
