CXO’s work to explore their transformation edges
We designed and lead a CXO invitation-only Masterclass at the International Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) conference in New Delhi, India
In line with the conference theme of Driving Change, we designed an experiential session entitled, “Living on the Edge of the Inside: A Leadership Odyssey of Organizational Transformation.”

Using the conference as a metaphor, we introduced the key distinction between horizontal learning and vertical learning.
Each participant left the masterclass with a new and useful perspective on their individual transformational journey within the organization.
40 CXO participants explored how their personal “edges” intersected with the transformational edges of their organization.
We developed a unique handout that engaged participants in coaching one another through meaningful, transformative experiences.
